This is a list of things that need to be handled in the very near future.

Things already taken care of

This is a list of things that have already been dealt with.

  • We can now live in the apartment.
  • We have RoadRunner internet service.
  • Email nick to get the address
  • When are we officially moving in?
    • August 15.
  • Roadrunner Appointment
  • Finding sofas

  • Call gas and electric company to so that we are billed.
  • RB, Matt, and Jamil each owe Westbrooke a $300 Security Deposit. (or is it $600? have $600 ready, but don't tell them you are a student unless they ask)
  • Jamil owes Nick $47.71 for August.
  • Nick and Jamil each owe $233.75 for September (due before the end of August).
    • Matt will be sending Nick a check in the amount of $281.46 for August and September's rent.

    • patio furniture's cheap and easy to come across
    • Value city has a 3' x 5.5' nice dining room table for $80
    • Walmart has a nice wooden table and 4 metal padded chairs for <$100
    • Walmart also sells cheap cafeteria tables
    • I'm thinking of bringing up a cafeteria table to see if it will work -- R.B.
  • Shower curtains, other bathroom stuff.
  • Folding chairs from Walmart upon arrival (perhaps to replace Nick's Leg-o-matic chairs)
  • Bean bags instead of a couch?
  • garbage bin for the kitchen, and other places
  • If anyone's looking for cheap bed frames, there's one on [Amazon]

    • Print server? at least until Nick writes that parallel port driver
  • if Araval is going to be the media server, may i suggest using NFS to remotely mount our media drives read-only?
